Say Hello to the Fall Groningen 2023 Class 🍂

We are thrilled to be back in Groningen for the Fall '23 program!

Our intensive program is for highly motivated and talented newcomer participants. The program includes 20 classroom-based technical training sessions covering all aspects of the Salesforce Associate & Administrator Exam, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training. It also includes Career Training sessions delivered by Salesforce professionals. Participants are paired 1-on-1 with Salesforce employees as mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.

With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Ali, Syrian

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, Alexandria, Egypt. Also studied three years of Mechanical Engineering at Teshreen University, Lattakia, Syria. Has experience as an IT support specialist at a prominent international school in Qatar, and as an ICT teacher for students with hearing impairments and disabilities under the Ministry of Education. Is fascinated by the world of CRM. Has strong communication and computer engineering skills. Has excellent communication skills, is a quick learner, is a great team player, and has a keen interest in continued exploration and contribution to the dynamic CRM domain.

Bedri, Turkish

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kasem Bundit University, Bangkok, Thailand. Worked as an accountant manager in a private school in Bangkok and marketing-media officer in a professional football club in Yangon, Myanmar. Completed a corporate finance course called CFI. Skilled in organizing events, decision-making, communication, and collaboration. Is an excellent team player. Passionate about sports, technology, and learning new skills. Highly motivated to launch a career within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Esra, Turkish

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Teaching from Trinity University of Asia, Quezon City, The Philippines. Completed several courses in IT. Has 4+ years of experience working as a Software Developer within the finance industry. Is passionate about technology, finance, and art. Has strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Is highly motivated to become a Salesforce Developer. 

Hamdi, Yemeni

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering from Aden University, Aden, Yemen. Has 15+ years of experience as an ICT engineer. Is interested in ICT, artificial intelligence, customer service, and the creative industries. Is result oriented, an excellent team player, able to work under high pressure, flexible, and resourceful. Has great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Shows initiative and can easily take on multiple projects at once. 

İsmail, Turkish

Holds a degree in Education from Ankara University, Turkey. Has experience working as a teacher and has worked in the public relations and parent satisfaction departments of a private school. Also has experience in retail. Is interested in the IT industry and has the ambition to become a software developer. Dedicated himself to developing his computer programming skills over the last 3 years. Has knowledge of Java and Python. 

Maad, Yemeni

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Sana'a University, Sana’a, Yemen, and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Northeast Agriculture University, Harbin, China. Has 6+ years of experience working in the fields of accounting and sales. Is a published author in various academic papers on “Impact of working capital management on profitability: evidence from listed companies in Qatar”. Also participated in the Heilongjiang Accounting Society's scientific research project on a financial risk warning model for manufacturing companies in Heilongjiang Province. Pursued various courses related to accounting software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Is a fast learner, shows leadership qualities, and has strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills.

Mo, Palestinian

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Damascus University, Syria. Has 10+ years of experience working as an editorial cartoonist, including contributions to France 24 TV. Independently sells t-shirt designs on Amazon. Is very passionate about marketing. Is interested in a career in technology, with special interest in marketing. Has experience with various graphic programs and web design. Has excellent team working, problem-solving and networking skills. Has great attention to detail. 

Mohammed, Yemeni

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Sana’a University, Sana’a, Yemen. Has experience working as an executive secretary for a telecommunications company. Organized appointments, prepared meeting reports, followed up on contracts and communicated with the company’s clients.Has the ambition to work in the field of management, banking, sales, and technology. Is a great team player and problem-solver. Is a dedicated employee with excellent work ethics. 

Nanziza, Congolese

Has an educational background in social work and technique. Has experience with event management, organized summer camps, and is actively involved with an NGO that organizes social events for women of different backgrounds. Volunteered at an asylum center. Speaks French, English, Swahili, Kinyamulenge and Lingala. Is an excellent team player, has strong communication skills, is friendly, a hard worker, and is dedicated to learning and improving her skills.
