We are thrilled to be back in Arnhem for the Summer '23 program!
Our intensive program is for highly motivated and talented newcomer participants. The program includes 20 classroom-based technical training sessions covering all aspects of the Salesforce Associate & Administrator Exam, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training. It also includes Career Training sessions delivered by Salesforce professionals. Participants are paired 1-on-1 with Salesforce employees as mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.
With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Akram, Egyptian
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences from Cairo University and an MBA in Financial Management from The Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences, Cairo. Has 13+ years of experience working in the banking industry and extensive experience with corporate credit risk and corporate customer service. Is interested in financial services, corporate services, and banking. His strengths are analytical and critical thinking and problem solving. Has a passion for customer service and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Is proficient in working under pressure. Highly driven, well articulated, and a fast learner. Is a natural team player.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. Has experience working as an information technology analyst in the energy sector and as a junior quality management officer in an ERP software company. Is interested in working in finances, IT or the energy sector. Has excellent communication skills and is a great team player.
Feven, Eritrean
Completed vmbo-T and HAVO in the Netherlands. Studied software development, social work, and healthcare. Has experience working in the healthcare industry as well as in hospitality. Is extremely interested in a career in tech. Is eager to learn and has a strong desire to develop her tech skills. Has the ambition to work for big tech companies. Has a very optimistic personality and is a fast learner.
Martin, Liberian
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Liberia and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Engineering from the International Institute of Computer Studies in Liberia. Currently completing his Master’s degree in Economics of Development at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Has 10+ years of experience working in advocacy, governance, research, and data analysis. Has experience working as a development worker for UNHCR and has volunteered for UNDP and other humanitarian organizations. Is interested in research and development, technology, data, trade, and commerce. Is an excellent critical thinker and has strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Is a strong team player and eager to learn.

Completed Cambridge IGCSE O level at Global English School, Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. Has 9+ years of experience working in sales, marketing, and management within the fields of aviation, real estate, and retail. Strives to work for large corporations in the tech industry and has the ambition to grow fast in her career. Has remarkable communication, problem-solving, time management, and leadership skills. Was responsible for engaging donors, devising effective fundraising strategies, managing sponsorship programmes, facilitating donation processes, and generating awareness for social justice causes. Completed four years of his Bachelor of Education at Al-Furat University, Deir ez-Zor, Syria. Founded a gym in his hometown and has 1+ year experience working as a personal trainer. Has extensive experience volunteering for Because We Carry. Volunteered as a teacher, gym coach, football coach, teacher of physical education, staff member of the breakfast team for 1200 residents, and shift leader in the kitchen. Highly experienced in working with children and young adults. Skilled in coaching and training. Is interested in working in the tech industry due to its changeable and future-proof character. Strives to continuously keep learning and developing his tech skills. Has excellent interpersonal communication skills, makes others feel safe, builds strong and trusting relationships, has a positive mindset, has strong intercultural skills, and is able to translate across languages and cultures.

Is a strong team player, very organized, has strong communication skills, and is a very creative individual.
