NextGen Professionals Program Eligibility

  • Am I eligible for this program?

    You are eligible to participate in this program if you meet the following criteria:

    • You are a newcomer with or without a forced migration background
    • You have received a temporary or permanent  residence permit and the right to work
    • You reside in the country where the program takes place
    • You are currently under or unemployed

  • What happens after I apply?

    If you meet the eligibility requirements, you will be contact with next steps via email.

  • Is my place in the program guaranteed?

    Due to the overwhelming amount of applicants you may not be offered a place in this program. During the interview process, we will learn more about your motivation and ambitions to ensure you are the best fit for the program. 


  • How much does the program cost?

    Thanks to our partners and supporters, we can offer the training and support resources to you at no cost to you.

  • Do you offer a job guarantee?

    There are no gaurantees in life and we are no exception. We do not and cannot gaurantee that you will find a job after completing our training program. If you do successfully complete the program, your CV and profile will be sent directly to our partners and network of employers. We will also do everything we can to help you apply to jobs and prepare for interviews, both within and outside of our network. 

  • What is the format of the program?

    This program is tailored for global learners. Training sessions run from 6:30pm – 8:30 pm across EST, PST, AEST, and CET time zones 


    Expect to spend approximately 20-25 hours total per week.


    Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays: Mandatory live instructor-led training

    Thursdays: Benefit from optional office hours and dedicated student support


    10-15 hours Self-paced content completed will be completed on your own time.

  • Where do the trainings take place?

    All training sessions are held online.

  • How can I prepare for this program?
