Why are we having a Women's Only Program?

Only 18% of tech workers in The Netherlands are women. Supporting Women with a migration background is one of four target groups with the least job prospects in The Netherlands, making it a top priority for local and national government. As part of our mission, one of our top 3 targets is reaching a 50/50 program gender ratio. We believe bringing more women into tech is key to our mission of creating a more diverse, inclusive, and integrated community of technical professionals. 

What will this Program provide?

Our intensive program is for highly motivated and talented newcomer participants. The program includes 20 classroom-based technical training sessions covering all aspects of the Salesforce Associate & Administrator Exams, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training. It also includes Career Training sessions delivered by Salesforce professionals. Participants are paired 1-on-1 with Salesforce employees as mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.

With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Hanna, Belarus

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Minsk State Higher Radioengineering College, Belarus. Has 8+ years of experience working IT, specialized in SEO and Quality Assurance. Highly motivated to pursue a career as a Salesforce Administrator within the IT industry. Is very organized, curious, and energetic. Has an eye for detail and places users at the center of the process. Is a team player with a strong sense of ownership, focused on delivering outstanding results.

Jinna, Colombian

Has 15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry as a Latin American chef, restaurant owner and commercial advisor. Worked on various impact projects for Colombian people where she aimed to create structural unity, dismantling the harms of society. Is interested in the sales and hospitality industries. Is creative, determined to make a change, an excellent team player and is passionate about her career. 

Nesibe, Turkish

Holds a Bachelor's Degree from Ankara University, Faculty of Law, and the Faculty of Communication (Journalism), Turkey. Is an experienced attorney with a passion for technology. Is eager to join, adapt, and contribute to the dynamic Salesforce industry. Has a strong interest in communications, marketing, media, and finance. Is patient, hard-working, determined, and has a keen attention to detail, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salma, Syrian

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Faculty of Arts and Human Sciences, Aleppo University. Has 2+ years of experience working as a capacity building officer at Baytna, an organization that strives to empower Syrian civil society and build a better future. Is interested in project management and development. Has excellent communication skills and strives to create a good working environment. She’s very accurate in her work and working independently is her greatest strength.

Thuraya, Yemeni

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Has experience working as a manager at Ebhar Foundation for Childhood and Creativity. Volunteered at Tawakkol Karman Foundation, an organization that works in development and peace-building. Has experience working in the Netherlands in data entry at Go2UBL in Beverwijk. Is interested in the insurance industry.

Wahbia, Yemeni

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the Lebanese International University, Beirut, Lebanon. Completed several courses in marketing. Has 7+ years of experience as an interior designer on a wide range of projects, both residential and commercial spaces. Has a strong understanding of design and marketing principles. Is interested in design, marketing, customer service, and project management. Has excellent communication skills, is dedicated to customer satisfaction, aims to deliver quality work, and is results oriented. 

Yordanos, Ethiopian

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Admas University, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Was a successful business owner attending international expos, has 2+ years of experience as a sales supervisor in BGI Ethiopia (brewery and beverage production. Also has work experience in the Netherlands managing Italian restaurant Da Filippo in Amsterdam and working as a warehouse assistant for Vi Europe Logistics. Has volunteering experience with Mekedonia Humanitarian Association with various underprivileged communities. Is dedicated to a career in tech and aims to become a Salesforce Administrator. Is very sociable, flexible, professional, has a positive mindset and a great work ethic.
