Meet the Fall Salesforce Specialists 2024 | Den Haag

We are pleased to launch our first ever Salesforce Specialist Program in Den Haag | Fall 2024

Our intensive, comprehensive program is for highly motivated and talented newcomer participants. During the first phase of the Salesforce Program Trajectory, participants will follow 2 months of classroom-based technical training sessions covering many features, clouds, and functionality of Salesforce, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training and 60 hours of self-paced learning.


During the second phase of the Salesforce Program Trajectory, participants will follow Career Training and Job Readiness sessions. They are also paired 1-on-1 with a Salesforce Mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.


With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role to secure a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Eyoel

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Unity University, earned in 2017, and have 10 years of work experience in the field. Alongside that, I obtained a web design certificate from ASKV and am currently completing cybersecurity courses on Coursera. I am passionate about technology, particularly programming, and aim to become a Salesforce Architect in the future. In my free time, I enjoy running marathons, playing table tennis, and reading true story books.


Pooja

I am Pooja, a dedicated mother of three and a professional with a diverse background. We moved from India to the Netherlands two years back. I hold a master's degree in computer applications, and recently became the Certified Salesforce Administrator. As I embark on this new chapter in The Netherlands, I am excited to explore opportunities that allow me to blend my expertise with my passion for technology, particularly in the realm of Salesforce administration.


Reham

My name is Reham and I was born and raised in Sana’a, Yemen, where I completed my primary and high school education. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the Faculty of Engineering at the Lebanese International University in 2018. After leaving Yemen in 2019, I pursued a master’s degree at Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Doha, Qatar, within the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS), majoring in Digital Humanities and Social Sciences.


Lina

Hello! I'm Lina, and I'm from Ukraine. I have been living in Utrecht for 2 years. I arrived with my sister, her son, and our 2 fluffy cats. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University in 2012. Throughout my career, I have developed strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to helping others, particularly through my experience as an educator. While teaching at a kindergarten in Ukraine, I planned, organized, and implemented educational activities, which honed my ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively. I aim to work in AI and enjoy exploring new technologies, acquiring new skills, and learning about our world. I love reading, traveling, and meeting new people.


Eslam

My educational journey has given me a deep appreciation for language, communication, and cultural understanding. Now, I am shifting my focus towards the tech industry, specifically in Salesforce. I am passionate about leveraging Salesforce’s powerful CRM tools to help businesses optimize their operations and enhance customer engagement. With my strong analytical and communication skills from my language studies, I am eager to apply them in a new context—technology and business. I’m excited about the opportunities ahead as I embark on this new career path and look forward to contributing to the world of Salesforce through continuous learning and application.


Nduka

I'm Nduka from Nigeria. I've been living in the Netherlands for a few years now, and I'm excited to learn Salesforce as a new skill to enhance my career. With a background in the oil and gas industry, I've had a diverse range of experiences in project controls, instrumentation and HR. I started looking into IT because I wanted to take my career in a different direction. I'm looking forward to connecting with others in the community who share similar interests and goals. In my free time, I enjoy learning new things and exploring Dutch culture. I'm hoping to get advice and support from the community on my Salesforce journey, as well as connect with others who can provide valuable insights and networking opportunities. 


Sindhuja

Hi, I'm Sindhuja (pronounced Sin-doo-jah), and I’m originally from India, where I graduated with a degree in Information Technology. After getting married, I moved to the Netherlands and chose to take a break from my career to raise my child. During this time, I discovered my passion for Salesforce and began learning about it independently. I’ve been fortunate to work with several nonprofit organizations, helping them set up Salesforce and create applications that meet their needs. This experience has allowed me to combine my technical skills with a desire to make a positive impact in the community.


Tetiana 

Hello everyone! My name is Tetyana. I am from Ukraine. I have been leaving in the Netherlands Den Haag for 2.5 years, together with my 14-year-old son. I studied at the Kyiv Clavik University master degree, majoring in business economics and financial analysis. I worked for a long time in a bank. My last job in Omio.com on position as Fraud and payment specialist. I am glad to study at Blue Road Academy. I sincerely believe in the prospects and opportunities that this project provides.


Abdulkhaleq

I hold a master’s degree in computer network engineering and have over five years of experience in drop services, including websites, applications, and physical products. I’ve completed a range of online and in-person courses, building skills in personal branding, product selection, analytics, e-commerce, and social media. With a strong passion for digital marketing and e-commerce, I focus on creating effective strategies to grow digital businesses and bring valuable ideas to life.


Aparna 

Hello, I am Aparna from India, currently residing in Den Haag. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication, along with a Diploma in Programming Languages. My professional background includes experience as a Microsoft SharePoint Developer.After relocating to the Netherlands, I encountered challenges in finding a role in my field, which led to a temporary career break. This period inspired me to explore the Salesforce domain, a field that not only aligns with my interest in learning new technologies but also offers significant potential across Europe. In addition to my professional endeavours, I’m a friendly and outgoing person who loves keeping up with the latest fashion trends. Since moving to the Netherlands, I’ve picked up cycling as a new hobby and really enjoy exploring the area on two wheels. 


Mohammed

I am Mohammed, originally from Yemen. I graduated from King Saud University as a master in geophysics. I love to dig and solve problems with modern technology. By creating, scaling, and optimizing good solutions.To accomplish this, I focus on key results, build an amazing solution, and quickly adapt to new insights. I've been living in the Netherlands for 4 years. I'm excited to learn Salesforce and find my future career. I hope to get more knowledge about Salesforce in this community.

Salesforce is a collaborative and supportive community, with everyone willing to help others get a step up in the ecosystem. This is the spirit that Gaspar Rodriguez , Nick Broekema , and Marielle Schweickart wanted to capture when they founded Blue Road Academy (formerly RefugeeForce ) in 2018 – to help un- and under-employed refugees in the Netherlands secure a Salesforce role. Now they have expanded all over Europe, but they still have the same goal: to change the perceptions of employers, organizations, and the general public in terms of the experience and skills that newcomers can bring as they build new lives in their host countries...
