Meet the Munich Spring 2023 🌺 Class

Our Award-winning program provides knowledge, community, and employment, with a focus on building Salesforce careers. We are very grateful for our official partner and training program host NTT Data Dach.

We provide an intensive program to highly motivated and talented newcomer participants. The program includes 20 classroom-based technical training sessions covering all aspects of the Salesforce Associate & Administrator Exam, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training. It also includes Career Training sessions delivered by Salesforce professionals. Participants are paired 1-on-1 with Salesforce employees as mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.

Alongside our comprehensive technical training program, Jobs4Refugees provides Job Readiness Training where every participant will benefit from sessions covering employability, legal and contract rights, employer research, and job description review.

With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Andrii, Ukrainian

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical and Sport Culture from Prydniprovska State Academy, Ukraine. Aims to pursue a Master’s Degree in Computer Science. Is a certified Salesforce admin and an autodidact JavaScript developer. Strives to become a Salesforce developer. Is a strong team player and an active listener. Has great communication skills, attention to detail, and strong cultural awareness.

Joseph, Nigerian

Highly motivated and detail-oriented privacy and cybersecurity professional. Has a background in law, international security management, data protection, and compliance. Well-versed in research and regulatory analysis and committed to promoting data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity. Wants to assist individuals and organizations in navigating the complex legal landscapes of compliance, contracting, and project management. Dedicated to continuous learning. Seeking a challenging position in IT, project management, and cybersecurity. Aims to utilize his legal background and expertise to build a career in the security industry.

Mohammed, Yemeni

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sakarya University, Turkey, and in Business Administration and Management from Anadolu University, Turkey. Also studied for his Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering at the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, Germany. Worked and volunteered for various social organizations and student clubs. Has experience as an intern in the fields of management and marketing. Has an interest in technology and the engineering industry. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills. 

Ranjit, Indian

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Dev University, India. Has experience as a junior programmer in Java development. Very interested in pursuing a career in the tech industry. Earned her German Language B1 certification. She is friendly, cooperative, hardworking, a team player, and has excellent communication skills. 

Samson, Nigerian

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Demography and Social Statistics from the Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Nigeria, and a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the University of Passau, Germany. Has experience as a sustainability technical assistant; conducted research on sustainable development, which resulted in the reduction of waste disposal by 85%. Did an internship at Salesforce in the Sustainability and Solution Strategy department and assisted in the creative design of sustainability management and data analysis solutions. Is interested in financial services, commerce, health services, and telecommunications. Has strong problem solving-, time management-, and communication skills, is a great team player, and excellent in critical thinking.

Yousif, Yemeni

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Malaysia Pahang (degree internationally recognized), Malaysia. Started his Master’s in Occupational Health and Safety at the University of Malaysia Pahang, Malaysia. Has experience working as a chemical engineer. Is interested in business management as well as chemical engineering. Is a great team player, very flexible, and enjoys working independently. Speaks Arabic, English, German, and Malay.
