Meet the Summer 2026 Salesforce Specialists | Amsterdam
We are pleased to launch our Salesforce Specialist Program in Amsterdam | Summer 2026
Summer is here and our Amsterdam program is back! Our intensive, comprehensive program is for highly motivated and talented newcomers looking to advance their career in tech. During the first phase of the Salesforce Specialist Program, participants will follow 2 months of classroom-based technical training sessions covering many features, clouds, and core functionality of Salesforce, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training and 60 hours of self-paced learning.
During the second phase of the, participants will follow our Land a Job you Love™ Career Training and Job Readiness phase which prepares them with the soft skills and market understanding to pursue a career in tech. They are also paired 1-on-1 with a Salesforce Mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.
With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce and become 3X Salesforce Certified but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role to secure a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Stellah
Stellah is originally from Uganda and has a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. She has completed my integration process in the Netherlands and obtained her inburgering diploma at B1 level. Stellah has also participated in an ICT traineeship and professional development program through Share Network in Amsterdam. Stellah is a motivated, open-minded, and hardworking professional with a passion for continuous learning. She enjoys developing new skills, collaborating with others, and challenging herself to achieve excellent results. She is excited to begin her journey in Salesforce and build a meaningful career in technology. Stellah is very eager to learn, grow, and gain new experiences, especially by learning from her new classmates at Blue Road Academy. She also enjoys working in teams, sharing ideas, and collaborating with others. She believes that with persistence, perseverance, and a positive mindset, we can achieve great things together.
Kai
Kai has been living in the Netherlands since 2016. He studied Media and Communications Sciences and earned an MBA. In the Netherlands, he has had the pleasure of working with some fantastic media organizations and non-profits, like EO, ZoominTV, and War Child. Most of Kai’s experience has been in media production, documentaries, and corporate communications. He also had the opportunity to use Salesforce and Marketing Cloud as an end user, which was quite an eye-opener for him. He was amazed by the platform’s versatility but hasn’t had the chance to fully explore it yet. Kai is a big fan of photography and videography. In his free time, you’ll find him wandering around with his camera, capturing the beauty of nature, the kindness of people, and the charm of interesting places. He is looking forward to discovering this new world with the amazing staff of this academy and being with like-minded people in my cohort.
Almira
Almira is a Uyghur girl and has been living in the Netherlands for 15 years. She has a background in finance and currently works as a Store Manager for a fashion brand. Almira has extensive experience in customer service and visual merchandising, and truly enjoys working with people. She loves helping others, solving problems, and continuously learning new skills. Almira joined this community to learn Salesforce, develop her technical skills, and connect with like-minded people. She is excited to grow professionally, expand her knowledge, and support one another throughout this learning journey. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, staying active, and playing sports.
Olena
Olena is from Ukraine and has been living in the Netherlands for 10 years. She has a technical background in the Publishing and Printing Industry, and now she would like to transition into IT. Olena chose Salesforce because she wants to build a long-term career in technology, and she likes that Salesforce offers many different career paths where she can continue to grow. Olena hopes to learn from this community, improve her Salesforce skills, and connect with other Salesforce professionals. In her free time, Olena enjoys practicing yoga.
Mustafa
Mustafa is originally from Yemen, now based in the Netherlands. He holds a bachelor's degree in International Business Management, and his background includes experience in executive assistance, marketing, customer service and digital marketing. Mustafa is excited about this opportunity to pivot into tech and is looking forward to diving into the Salesforce ecosystem with the Blue Road Academy cohort!
Olga
Olga has experience in social work for the last 3 years and is particularly interested in new opportunities. She enjoys working on projects where collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement are important. Outside of work, Olga enjoys traveling, reading, and creative activities. She looks forward to getting to know her colleagues and sharing experiences and ideas with the team.
Zahid
Zahid Islam is originally from Pakistan and has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and some experience in programming. He is happy to be part of the Blue Road Academy community and looks forward to learning with all of his new classmates.
Ezzeldin
Ezzeldin is originally from Egypt and has been living in the Netherlands for almost 12 years. He studied Communication Engineering and started learning to code on his own before joining a full‑stack bootcamp, where he improved his skills and built a solid foundation in software development. For the past few years, Ezzeldin has been working as a maintenance engineer, where he developed strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. While he enjoys the technical side of the job, he realised he wants to apply those skills to building software. That's what led him to Salesforce, and he’s currently learning it as he transitions into a tech career.
Ezzeldin joined this community to learn from others, get advice about career development, and connect with people who are on the same path, and find people to go to Salesforce events with. In his free time Ezzeldin enjoys DJing, doing magic tricks, making art, travelling, or hanging out with his cat, Selina. He looks forward to learning and growing together in the program!
