Meet the Arnhem Spring 2023 🌺 Class

Our Award-winning program provides knowledge, community, and employment, with a focus on building Salesforce careers.

We provide an intensive program to highly motivated and talented newcomer participants. The program includes 20 classroom-based technical training sessions covering all aspects of the Salesforce Associate & Administrator Exam, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training. It also includes Career Training sessions delivered by Salesforce professionals. Participants are paired 1-on-1 with Salesforce employees as mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.

With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Abdelmejid, Ethiopian
Studied Geology at Mekelle University, Ethiopia. Completed a course in Digital Marketing. Has two years of experience volunteering as an English teacher for young students at Melody School of English. Is interested in the tech and business industries, and passionate about digital marketing and sales. Has excellent time management-, communication- and interpersonal skills. Is creative and a great team player. Has an eye for detail, a good work ethic, and a talent for solving problems. 

Afif, Yemeni

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Taiz University, Yemen, a Master’s Degree in Accounting from St. Clements University, Yemen, and a PhD in Accounting and Finance from Management and Science University, Malaysia. Has several years of experience working as an accountant, internal auditor, financial manager and business consultant, and has worked with different systems such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SQL, TradeGecko. Is interested in a career related to finances, auditing, consulting, or trade. Is skilled in data analysis. Is very flexible, loves to take on new challenges, and enjoys working in a changing work environment. 

Can, Turkish

Holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Vistula University, Poland. Has experience as a trainee at Arco Forum, an NGO in Spain focused on cultural interaction between Turkish and Spanish communities. Co-owned a Turkish restaurant in Brazil, inspired by the family business he grew up in. Worked as a procurement manager and marketer in the United States. Is highly motivated to work in the retail and tech industries. Is very empathic, dedicated to his work, an excellent leader, and solution centered.

Dogukan, Turkish

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Marmara University, Turkey. Is currently studying for his Master’s Degree in Law and Technology in Europe from Utrecht University, the Netherlands. Has experience working as a lawyer. Is interested in banking, retail, the public sector, and professional services. Is a wonderful team player, has a great work ethic, and loves to take on new challenges. 

Enes, Turkish

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Ankara University, Turkey. Participated in several exchange programs. Has experience as an intern in law and in QA Test and Automation – testing web-based applications with proven expertise in Selenium and Java. Volunteered for various projects related to environmental awareness. Is interested in launching a career in tech, more specifically in software development. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Is confident, detail-oriented, easy-going, flexible, and not afraid to show initiative. Enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment. 

Faeza, Eritrean

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Eritrean Institute of Technology, Eritrea. Has 3+ years of experience working in the tech and banking industries, and has worked in hardware maintenance. Is currently volunteering as a translator. Is interested in programming and data analysis. Has experience with HTML, Java, and C++. Is motivated to learn more about programming, developing and web design. Is very patient, empathic, social, and easy-going. 

Kuerban, Uyghur

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration Management from Xinjiang University, China. Has several years of working experience in sales, retail, and the tourism industry in the United Arab Emirates. Is interested in working in the tech industry. Aims to land a role as a Salesforce Administrator. Has excellent teamwork skills, very organized, is a natural leader, and is great at solving problems. 

Muath, Yemeni

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from Sana’a University, Yemen. Has 13+ years of experience working in top pharmaceutical multinational companies (Roche, Merck, Sanofi). Has main expertise in the areas of pharmaceutical sales and marketing, drug development and clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or healthcare policy. Skilled in several therapeutic areas such as cardiology, diabetes, anemia, transplantation, rheumatology, medicine, and gastroenterology. Is interested in both the pharmaceutical and the tech industries. Is an agile and quick learner, an active listener, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is a great team player, and shows a strong command in leadership skills.

Rahin, Yemeni

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application from University of Mysore, St. Philomena’s College, India. Has experience working in marketing and finance as a software engineering analyst at Easy Agency, and as an accountant assistant at Sabafon, where he reviewed, classified, and compiled financial data. Is interested in working in the tech industry. Has strong communication skills, is highly adaptable, thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong multi-tasking skills, and is a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. 

Ramzi, Lebanese 

Holds a bachelor’s Degree in TV Production from Al Kafaàt University, Lebanon. Completed courses in Microsoft, Autocad and Photoshop. Has 15+ years of experience working in Dubai as an operation store manager in the fields of retail, fashion, and ready goods. Is interested in logistics and retail. Loves taking on new challenges, is a great listener, has excellent communication and teamwork skills, enjoys learning new things, and strives to share his knowledge with others. 

Valeriia, Ukrainian

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analysis from the National University of Pedagogic, Kharkiv, Ukraine. Completed several courses in business analysis in IT. Has 9+ years of experience working as a teacher and is the founder of a private school in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Also has experience as a business analyst at IdeaSoft.io and EPAM Systems. Is interested in software development and aims to land a role as a Salesforce business analyst. Has strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, problem-solving, leadership, and decision making skills. Is very creative and curious. Is excellent at analytical thinking and has the ability to work in challenging and changing conditions. 

Yavuz, Turkish

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering from Ondokuz Mayis University, Turkey. Has experience working as a food engineer and in PR. Is interested in social media and online marketing. Started a webshop. Is passionate about sales and contacting customers, and he enjoys helping customers. Autodidact video editor. Has experience working with social media and SEO. Is interested in the tech industry and aims to work as a Salesforce consultant. Has excellent communication skills, strong verbal and written communication, is an active listener, works very well in groups, and has great presentation skills. 

Ziyad, Syrian 

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in IT Engineering from the University of Damascus, Syria, and a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences. Has 17+ years of experience working in IT Engineering and has worked in the fields of education, business administration, and business development. Is specialized in networking and operating systems. Worked as a machine programmer at the CNC Factory. Earned himself specialized certifications from Microsoft and Cisco. Has actively participated in a variety of volunteering projects in the Netherlands, resulting in various recognized certificates. Worked with a Dutch learning language publishing company. Certified business entrepreneur. Is eager to explore the field of enterprise resource management. Is volunteering as an IT support specialist at COA. 

Eren, Turkish

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Turkish Military Academy University. Holds an associate degree in Web Design and Coding from Anadolu University. Has experience working as a helicopter pilot in Turkey. Is interested in aviation as well as the tech industry. Aims to land a position as a Salesforce developer. Has great time management skills, enjoys working in a team, and is excellent at analytical thinking.

Fortuna, Eritrean

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision with a minor in Educational Psychology from the Eritrean Institute of Technology, Eritrea. Completed a course in Marketing and Design. Has experience as an English language teacher and has volunteered as a translator for COA. Is interested in UI/UX Design and Marketing. Is an optimistic person with a very positive mindset. Is friendly, a wonderful team player, flexible, and very organized.
