Our Award-winning program provides knowledge, community, and employment, with a focus on building Salesforce careers.

We provide an intensive 6 week program to highly motivated and talented refugee participants. The program includes 20 classroom-based technical training sessions covering all aspects of the Salesforce Administrator Exam, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training. It also includes Career Training sessions delivered by Salesforce professionals. Participants are paired 1-on-1 with Salesforce employees as mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.

With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Christiana, 35, Ghanaian

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Ghana). Worked for Access Bank Ghana Ltd in various capacities in Operations and Marketing, rising through the ranks to become Assistant Head of Operations. Excited to leverage her experience and knowledge to pursue a new career in customer relationship management and data management. An ambitious individual with 6+ years of experience in the banking industry, looking to start a new career as a Salesforce Administrator. Eager to leverage her expertise, knowledge and passion for data and customer relationship management to manage and optimise the Salesforce ecosystem. Has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. In the last 5 years, worked in interior design and architecture, with diversified experience within all stages of projects. In addition, has managed the full production cycle of designed products and their sales worldwide. Would like to work in the creative or tech industries, helping companies to set up, optimize, and improve their business processes.

Kayode, 39, Nigerian

Had a national diploma as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from The Polytechnic Ibadan and Olabisi Onabanjo University, respectively, in Nigeria . During his undergraduate time, he had the privilege of taking courses in marketing and advertising extensively. Has also worked as a journalist for both the print and broadcast media in Nigeria . Had the privilege of teaching journalism at the Oxford Business Institute, Manzini, Swaziland. Has just ventured into a salesforce career because of his curiosity to learn the latest trends in CRM technology and to put to use his marketing and communication knowledge he had gained in the course of his previous studies, to help businesses to sell, service, market, analyze, and connect with their various customers.

A lifelong learner who believes that there are always new things she can learn to be a little better than the person she was yesterday. Has a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering and a Master's Degree in AI & Robotics. Passionate about the cloud and cloud providers.

Hadi, 38, Yemeni

Hadi holds a Bachelor’s degree in MIS Management Information Systems. Has worked in different companies in Yemen and Saudi Arabia as a logistic assistant and in the marketing field. Excited about improving his knowledge and experience in network marketing, such as Salesforce, which will help him find a new way to start a new career.

Has a Specialist degree in Engineering Mining Equipment Project Manager from Ukraine's National Mining University. Worked in a mining enterprise. Last year, was self-employed managing her shop, dealing with sales and marketing, and would be excited to leverage her experience and knowledge to pursue a new career in data management. An ambitious person with experience in sales and marketing, looking to start a new career as a salesforce administrator. Mohammad, 33, Syrian

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information System Management at TU Berlin. Has six years of working experience in the operations and customer service sectors, have worked in different countries such as Syria, Turkey, and Germany. Ready to start a new career as a Salesforce Administrator.
