Our Award-winning program provides knowledge, community, and employment, with a focus on building Salesforce careers.

We provide an intensive 6 week program to highly motivated and talented refugee participants. The program includes 20 classroom-based technical training sessions covering all aspects of the Salesforce Administrator Exam, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training. It also includes Career Training sessions delivered by Salesforce professionals. Participants are paired 1-on-1 with Salesforce employees as mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.



With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Abdulbaki, 28, Turkish

Abdulbaki has a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. Worked as a mid-level manager in a governmental agency before leaving his country for political reasons. To find a new job, he is happy to have found Salesforce in his new life journey in the Netherlands.

Abdulmalek, 28, Turkish

Abdulmalek has a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. Worked as a pharmacist for a year. He is now exerting efforts to increase his knowledge in Salesforce on a daily basis. He is enthusiastic to start a career as a Salesforce administrator in the Netherlands. He speaks Arabic and English.

Ahmed, 44, Yemeni

Ahmed has as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Calgary in Canada, a Master's degree in Business Administration from IUTT in Yemen, and three years of Ph.D. studies in Management at the University of Kuala Lumpur. A versatile and results-driven management professional with more than 15 years of work experience in various local and international organizations and companies, who is enthusiastic about leveraging his solid academic background and vast work experience in finance, management, business development, and research and analysis to pursue a new career as a Salesforce Administrator/Consultant to optimize the Salesforce ecosystem.

Aidaros, 36, Yemeni

Aidaros has a certificate from an intensive training program in accounting, and he also has a certificate in sales management from the Yemen-Soft program in Yemen. In addition, was working for First-Dress Foundation in Saudi Arabia in the accounting department for three years and working for the same foundation in the sales department for four years. An ambitious person who is looking to start a new career as a Salesforce administrator. Looking forward to getting a consultant certification with Salesforce. Eager to leverage his expertise, knowledge, and passion for data to manage and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem, as well as to identify patterns and trends that can enhance business opportunities and drive growth.

Faisal, 28, Palestinian

Faisal has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jordan (2017). Worked as a project engineer for one year and a half. Then moved to business development and dealt with various sectors in GCC. Finally, he worked as an overall project supervisor in a financial company where he managed timely closure over 30 projects within a year. Keen in providing consultancies for companies to achieve their goals.

Gamil, 37, Yemeni

Gamil is a telecom engineer with almost 2 years of experience. He boosted his education with a master’s degree in Engineering Management in 2018 from UPM Malaysia. He worked as a project manager and team leader as a volunteer between 2003 and 2012. In 2013, started working in broadcasting engineering for TV channels, as a branch manager for a bank and a projects and tenders’ manager at a private company. The year 2020 was significant because it was the year he established a new company abroad from scratch, where he was appointed as a managing director and engineering manager. Fluent in English and certified by IELTS in 2016; he is also learning Dutch and reached level B1.

Hana, 34, Iranian 

Hana has an associate degree in Information and Communication Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Simultaneous English Interpretation from Jahad Daneshgahi University of Applied Science and Technology. A student at Hogeschool Utrecht. Her major is Creative Business. Worked in IT services for two years and in marketing and sales fields for more than five years. For over eight years, worked as a senior cabin crew on one of Iran's largest airlines. An ambitious team player, eager to learn new technologies and learn Salesforce. She is keen in Salesforce administrator and consultant positions.

Kamil, 37, Turkish 

Kamil a successful international journalist with more than 10 years of professional experience. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Linguistics, which makes him a great language teacher with classroom practice. Originally from Turkey, he swam in the deep waters of politics, culture, and business through 15 years of Brazilian history. Established a restaurant from scratch and turned it into the best ethnic restaurant in Sao Paulo. Seeking a job in the Salesforce ecosystem that will allow him to sharpen, combine, and upgrade his skills for a medium-to-large IT firm. A driven self-starter, fast-learner and enthusiastic person who believes in the magic of words and the power of codes. 

Mahmoud, 39, Yemeni

Mahmoud holds of a PhD in Photonic Engineering, a Master of Engineering Science, and a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. Furthermore, had more than two years of working experience on fiber lasers as a postdoctoral researcher in Malaysia. Has experience working with all-fiber optical components and is familiar with fusion splicers, optical spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, autocorrelations, RF spectrums, and power meters. Excellent skills in executing all-fiber assembly systems. His greatest strength is planning projects, which enables him to make improvements to ultrafast fiber lasers. Ready to set a new goal and start a new career as a salesforce administrator. He is seeking a position in the industry where his knowledge, skills, and passion for sales could be utilized and enhanced for future career progress.

Mohammed, 39, Yemeni 

Mohammed holds an Advance Digital Marketing Expert certificate from London and International Studies in Dubai, as well as a Bachelor of Science Administration Major in Accounting from Aden University in Yemen, and 13 years of experience in the aviation industry with Emirates Group Airlines in Dubai Airports as Ground Operations and Customer Services Team Leader.His most recent position was as Digital Marketing and Relationship Manager in Dubai. Seeks an opportunity to gain experience with Salesforce in order to launch a new career in salesforce administration where he could apply his professional knowledge, skills, and abilities in a more challenging and rewarding workplace to achieve his long-term objectives.

Selman, 29, Turkish

Political problems in Turkey pushed him to leave his country and everything behind. Has a Bachelor's degree in law. He is also a student in the Economics and Finance Master's Program. Worked as a lawyer for three years. Now he is trying to accustom used to his new life. The thing he learned the most during his whole educational life is that there is no end to learning. With this motto, he aims to continue learning to increase his knowledge every day by being open to learning. 

Ömer, 39, Turkish

Ömer has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Karadeniz Technical University. Worked for 13 years as a chemistry teacher, head of guidance and consulting, director of studies, and vice director in secondary schools in Turkey and East Africa. His mother tongue is Turkish, and he can also speak B2 level English and B1 level Dutch. Wants to start a new career as a salesforce administrator. He believes it will be great to combine his communication skills, which he developed through his work experience, with salesforce knowledge.
