Amsterdam Spring 2022 🌷

Our Award-winning program provides knowledge, community, and employment, with a focus on building Salesforce careers.

We provide an intensive 6 week program in Amsterdam to highly motivated and talented refugee participants. The program includes 20 classroom-based technical training sessions covering all aspects of the Salesforce Administrator Exam, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training. It also includes Career Training sessions delivered by Salesforce employees and a professional panels of Salesforce Administrators, Consultants, and Developers working in the ecosystem. Participants are paired 1-on-1 with Salesforce mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their Certification exam.

With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Cemal (36, Turkish)

Holds a degree in Business Management. Has worked in the Turkish Foreign Service for several years. Is an amateur musician, a gamer, and a cinema-lover.

Furkan (27, Turkish)

Graduated from military academy, worked as QA engineer in 2 different projects (CRM and Fleet Domain). Worked in frontend, backend, database and mobile test areas. Knows automation tools.

Anna (28, Ukrainian)

Has a background in HR and Education (Master's Degree). For two years she managed the men's fashion brand "Shirts.ua", which she founded with her friend in Ukraine. At work, she values structure, transparency and a goal-oriented approach. In the fall of 2021, she signed up with Trailhead and started archiving the Salesforce Fundamental Expeditioner rank.

Sara (34, Yemeni)

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering. Has completed level A1 in Dutch. Has 2 years of work experience as IT administration and in the Yemen Democracy and Election Network (YDEN). 

Lida (37, Iranian)

Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in IT (Evaluated as HBO IT Engineering). Has over 20 years of professional experience.

Abdulkadir (29, Turkish)

Worked as a key account manager and sales representative with SAP. Prefers to work closely with people/customers and is very motivated to work in Sales and Service. Has level B1 Dutch.

Amar (29, Syrian)

Experienced Business Development Specialist bringing forth valuable industry experience and a passion for management. Dedicated team leader with the ability to effectively manage and achieve project goals, leveraging my complex understanding of systems engineering concepts. With a well-rounded knowledge and 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce and digital marketing.

Salem (28, Yemeni)

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and additional certificates in Project Management and Marketing. Passionate about continuous improvement, technology solutions, and business analysis. 

Olesia (31, Ukrainian)

Has a professional background in retail and commercial departments where she was responsible for inventory, purchases, and sales efficiency. She is an eager person, highly interested in learning new digital skills. She aims to leverage her sales background to successfully jump into the Salesforce ecosystem.

Esra (26, Yemeni)

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Does a lot of voluntary work in order to put the knowledge she has learned into practice. She also enjoys being in groups especially with those who have different thoughts and knowledge to keep learning. Esra strives to be a better version of herself by finding new possibilities opportunity to grow.

Mohammed (32, Yemeni)

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology. Has 4 years of experience in finance and treasury departments. He has been in The Netherland for 3 years and speaks Arabic, English and Dutch. 

Rawan (29, Yemeni)

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business management. Has experience in

Administration and management. Has been in The Netherlands for 1 year and is learning the Dutch language.
