Our Award-winning program provides knowledge, community, and employment, with a focus on building Salesforce careers.

We provide an intensive 6 week program to highly motivated and talented refugee participants. The program includes 20 classroom-based technical training sessions covering all aspects of the Salesforce Administrator Exam, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training. It also includes Career Training sessions delivered by Salesforce professionals. Participants are paired 1-on-1 with Salesforce employees as mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.

Alongside our comprehensive technical training program, LDN Apprenticeships provides Career Kickstarter sessions covering a broad range of topics including CV writing, Communication Skills, Building a Winning LinkedIn Profile and many more. 

With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Abdullah (26, Yemeni)

A civil engineer who always strives to link physical life with modern technology. Has a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see things through to completion with a responsible approach.

Yasemin (33, Turkish)

Has 10 years' experience of teaching Mathematics including 5 years of experience as a head teacher. Interested in teaching, innovations, information technology and environment. 

Abobakr (37, Yemeni)

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and plans to pursue a Master's in Digital Media. Has 10 years of working experience in the Banking sector at the biggest Islamic bank in UAE. Started a side business developing Mobile applications in Dubai with almost 4 years, learning different areas like digital marketing, UI/UX, database, sales, products SKU etc.

Senol (41, Turkish)

A graduate of Electronics and Business Administration. Has 20 years of graphic design and marketing experience. Worked as a graphic designer for the brands LOREAL, TOTAL, REMAX, IPSOS, HOTPOINT. Volunteers in UNICEF, AFC Wimbledon Football Team. 

Jawdat (British)

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and two Master's Degrees in Marketing. Highly experienced in marketing via both traditional and online campaigns from brand inception to establishment in broadcasting (and other industries). Has both innate knowledge as well as training and experience in understanding Arab audiences and delivering successful targeted online media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Ali (38, Turkish)

Studied Economics and Brand Communications at University in Turkey. Worked in digital marketing with multinational companies. Has a lot of experience in this field by working in different countries such as USA, Turkey, UAE, Brazil and UK. 

Yeliz (36, Turkish)

A passionate, energetic, reliable, loving, self-motivated and qualified Montessori Directress with

good computer skills. Has a passion for teaching and always keeps good communication with

children. 

Mohammed (38, Yemeni)

A tech enthusiast by profession and passion. Has a diverse career between different tech domains with a focus on innovation. Become a certified in Microsoft data entry at age 13 and has certified in different technologies since. Has been accredited several trophies and many high performer appreciation letters from employers in Telecom industry.

Juliet (42, Cameroonian)

Works as a part-time office coordinator with the British Refugee Council. Has an ambition to pursue a career in digital transformation as a Salesforce Scrum Master/Business Analyst.

Birsen (40, Turkish)

A graphics and art teacher. Resilient, positive, and calm professional art teacher who is able to maximize student’s artistic achievements. Strong experience and skills, such as flexibility, organization, teamwork and communication. People-oriented and currently volunteering.

Kamal (33, Syrian)

An ambitious individual with a passion for learning who takes responsibility for his own personal development, continually evaluating and upgrading his skills. Aiming to set a strong foundation for his career.

Holds Master’s Degree in English Language Teaching. Worked as a teacher in different countries for 14 years. Has decided to pursue a new career in Salesforce.
