Our Award-winning program provides knowledge, community, and employment, with a focus on building Salesforce careers.

We provide an intensive 6 week program to highly motivated and talented refugee participants. The program includes 20 classroom-based technical training sessions covering all aspects of the Salesforce Administrator Exam, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training. It also includes Career Training sessions delivered by Salesforce professionals. Participants are paired 1-on-1 with Salesforce employees as mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.

With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Idris, 36

Has been concentrating on web design and Salesforce since 2021. Specializes in student coaching and educational counseling. Wants to gain Salesforce experience in the education sector and become an expert to provide consultancy in this industry.

Yahya, 36

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Imam Muhammad Bin Saud and a Diploma degree in Cisco Network Academy from New Horizons Institute. Worked for a telecom company in Saudi Arabia called Mobily, with different responsibilities in the network department. A professional with nearly 12+ years of experience in network design, infrastructure, technical support, network maintenance, and project management. Interested in the area where he can use his network experience with Salesforce administration, which will add value to his career path and give him more opportunities in the business market.

Hehsam, 26

Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth in Pune, India, and is presently pursuing a Master’s in International Business and Management at Hanze University in Groningen, the Netherlands. Has a variety of business backgrounds and has worked with several organizations. Formerly worked as a client adviser for the municipality of Groningen, Netherlands, and is eager to use his skills and expertise to pursue a new career in data management. His strong desire to gain more experience and grow in his career drives him to work hard every day. 

Abdulrazzaq, 36

Received his PhD degree in Software Engineering from the University Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2021. Received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Information Technology (majoring in Software Engineering) from the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). Research interests include software customization, software quality, cloud services, and software as a service. His research has appeared in many peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. Has considerable experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Moreover, worked in IT and software engineering fields on an in-house, remote, and freelance basis.

Sami, 46

Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry from Marmara University, Istanbul, Turkey and Sociology, Eskisehir, Turkey. Worked for 22 years as a chemistry teacher, chemistry book editor, writer and designer, teacher trainer, chemistry curriculum specialist, educational coach, and educational principal of a school. Has published high school level chemistry subjects and textbooks in Turkish. Is married and has two lovely children. Speaks Turkish (native), English (B2), and Dutch (B1). Lifelong learner.

Zeyad, 29

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Earth Science and a diploma in Business Administration Management. Worked for more than one year as a sales manager for Aswaq Alkhalig and is looking to start a new career as a salesforce administrator. Fascinated with the power of the salesforce and is eager to master his knowledge, expertise, and passion for data to manage and identify patterns and trends that can enhance business opportunities and drive growth.

Ruhama, 23

 Extremely passionate and active person. Attended a university where she studied clinical pharmacy for two years and did an online course in IT in Business. A superb communicator, she is seeking a well-run, powerful institution that can help her advance her understanding of salesforce developer to become a more effective salesforce professional.

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Worked for a multinational architectural company with different responsibilities in drawing, designing, and QA&QC. Has programming experience in PHP, Python, and MySQL. Excited to leverage his experience and knowledge to pursue a new career in data management as well as identify patterns and trends that can enhance business opportunities and drive growth. A self-motivated, outgoing individual with the capability to work in an international environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously, detail-oriented, and well-organized. Holds a Bachelor's degree in the English Language and Literature Department at Boaziçi University, Istanbul, Turkey. Worked in China as a government officer for 2 years. Dealt with information security. For her career, wants to combine her working experience with her Salesforce career. As an eager person to learn new things, she got interested in Salesforce.
