Jan 23, 2023

Copenhagen Winter 2023 ☃️

We are pleased to launch our first ever program in Denmark! Together with ARPEDIO, we are providing our Award-winning program to newcomers in Copenhagen for the first time.

“ARPEDIO is very proud to partner with Blue Road Academy and bring their Salesforce training program to Copenhagen for the very first time. We look very much forward to taking part in helping Copenhagen newcomers find their place in tech and make them valuable assets to any Salesforce employer. We see a strong demand for Salesforce-related competencies from our clients, and to us, this is a great opportunity to bring even more talent into the Salesforce ecosystem.” – Ulrik Monborg, CEO & Founder of ARPEDIO

Our program provides 20 classroom-based training sessions, covering all components of the Salesforce Administrator Exam. Emphasis will be on scenarios, team exercises, and industry best practices, totaling 100+ hours of classroom training and 60+ hours of e-learning. Additionally, the program includes sessions led by experienced Salesforce professionals focused on career development. Each participant is paired with a Salesforce employee as a mentor to guide them in planning their journey within Salesforce and honing their career goals.

With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Salesforce is a collaborative and supportive community, with everyone willing to help others get a step up in the ecosystem. This is the spirit that Gaspar Rodriguez , Nick Broekema , and Marielle Schweickart wanted to capture when they founded Blue Road Academy (formerly RefugeeForce ) in 2018 – to help un- and under-employed refugees in the Netherlands secure a Salesforce role. Now they have expanded all over Europe, but they still have the same goal: to change the perceptions of employers, organizations, and the general public in terms of the experience and skills that newcomers can bring as they build new lives in their host countries...
