Our Award-winning program provides knowledge, community, and employment, with a focus on building Salesforce careers.

We provide an intensive 6 week program to highly motivated and talented refugee participants. The program includes 20 classroom-based technical training sessions covering all aspects of the Salesforce Administrator Exam, plus scenarios, team exercises, and best practices with over 100 hours of classroom training. It also includes Career Training sessions delivered by Salesforce professionals. Participants are paired 1-on-1 with Salesforce employees as mentors to help them plan their path into the ecosystem and focus on their career path.

Alongside our comprehensive technical training program, Jobs4Refugees provides Job Readiness Training where every participant will benefit from sessions covering employability, legal and contract rights, employer research, and job description review.

With these components combined, each participant will not only gain the technical knowledge of Salesforce but also understand the best practices for implementation, grow their network and community, and ultimately better understand their role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Abdul-Rauf, Ghanaian

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Management Studies from the University for Development Studies in Tamale. Pursuing his Master’s Degree in International and Development Economics at HTW Berlin. Worked as a customer service coordinator at IDE Ghana (International Development Enterprise), where he was introduced to Salesforce. Developed a strong interest in the ecosystem and aspires to learn more about Salesforce and technology. Has the ambition to start a new career in data management. Dreams to become a Salesforce administrator at one of the world’s biggest companies. Eager to learn, likes to work hard, has strong communication skills, and is determined, committed, tolerant and respectful.

Ahmad, Syrian

Was studying Business Administration at Tartous University in Syria. Likes to challenge himself and learn new things, such as gastronomy, sports, marketing, consulting and journalism. A fast learner and eager to continuously expand his knowledge.

Chima, Nigerian

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana and a Master’s Degree in International Business and Sustainability from the University of Hamburg. Has a diploma in IT and web development from ReDI School of Digital Integration and a diploma in full-stack software engineering from Code Academy Berlin. As a SEO analyst and software developer, he has extensive experience with social media. Interested in IT consulting, health, and automation. Has excellent skills in negotiation, public speaking, coaching, time management, and leadership. 

Feras, Syrian

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, with a major in Translation. Worked in the customer service department at Syriatel Mobile Telecom, as an English teacher at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Waldau, and as a quality specialist and quality mentor at Sitel Group. Has excellent organizational, time management, and coaching skills. Interested in sales, marketing, customer service, and technology. 

Hamayun, Pakistani

Holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Marketing, from the Institute of Management Sciences in Peshawar, Pakistan. Worked for several years in the family business as well as for various well-known companies in Sales and Marketing, both in Pakistan and Germany. Interested in the automotive industry, the tech industry, commerce, construction, and IT. Analytical thinker and a team player. Ambitious, eager to learn new things, and well organized. 

Kanij, Bangladeshi 

Holds an MA in Economics from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences, as well as an MBA and BBA from the University of Dhaka. Has experience in project management and worked as a senior executive officer at IDLC Finance Limited in Bangladesh. Interested in IT, development, and commerce. Has more than five years of experience in project management, sales, marketing, and finance. Excited to pursue a new career in data management. 

Mbiatat, Cameroonian

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Assistance, and a Master’s Degree in Public Health. Was part of multiple outreach projects in Africa about oral health hygiene. Has excellent listening skills, is detail-oriented, and works best in a team. His goal is to become a Salesforce consultant.

Mohammad, Syrian

Holds two Bachelor’s Degrees: one in English Literature and one in Business Administration. Has experience in a variety of sectors, such as HR, CRM, logistics and education. Strives to combine technology and economy. Speaks and writes Arabic, English and German. Volunteered in humanitarian projects in Syria, including one that helped young girls go to school. Inspired by the sense of community in Salesforce. Has great communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and can work in both small and large teams. 

Syed, Pakistani

Has ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualifications. Professional experience in the field of business development (B2C and B2B). Has business experience in Pakistan, Dubai, Ukraine, and Germany. Interested in retail, wholesale, and non-food consumer product import and export. Excellent skills in business development, customer relations, customer-oriented business strategies, and financial management.

Vasanthi, Indian

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Strives to start a career as a Salesforce administrator.
