Accenture partners with Blue Road Academy in supporting newcomers to launch their careers in the Salesforce ecosystem
Blue Road Academy is proud to announce our partnership with Accenture Germany, helping newcomers in Germany to learn digital skills, grow their network, and launch their Salesforce careers.
Blue Road Academy (formerly known as RefugeeForce) is an award-winning social enterprise on a mission to advance the careers of newcomers with Salesforce training, professional development, and direct connections with top employers. Together with our recruitment partners, we are creating a unique environment for newcomers to learn digital skills and technical leadership in order to bring new, world-class talent into the Salesforce ecosystem.
The partnership with Accenture
“We are thrilled to welcome Accenture Germany to the Blue Road Academy community as an official sponsor and Recruitment Partner through the Safe Futures Fund. Together we can enable hundreds of newcomers to launch their careers in the Salesforce ecosystem and improve their livelihoods and integration” said Gaspar Rodriguez, co-founder and Managing Director of Blue Road Academy.
Together, Blue Road Academy and Accenture will enable opportunities for newcomers in Germany. Their joint Salesforce expertise and understanding of the industry provide the perfect platform to upskill participants and launch their Salesforce career.
"In the market, we are observing a very strong call for Salesforce-related skills. This demand offers newcomers a possible career perspective that enables rapid integration into the host community," says Stephanie Hänsch, Managing Director of Accenture's Salesforce Business Group and initiator of the Blue Road Academy partnership.
Through its Corporate Citizenship programme, Accenture is committed to promoting educational equity and providing the skills needed to succeed, especially in tech careers. By becoming a "partner of Blue Road Academy, Accenture offers newcomers the best ways to thrive in the digital job market," says Hellen Fitsch, Accenture Corporate Citizenship Lead for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
With the support of nonprofit organizations and social enterprises, including the voluntary and pro-bono engagement of employees in educational and mentorship offerings, as well its commitment to creating diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, Accenture fosters a culture of care and purpose where everyone feels like they belong.
"One of our key values at Salesforce is equality. And this also means equal education for all. That's why initiatives like the Blue Road Academy are so important to us. And even more important for us is partnering with businesses that share the same values, like Accenture. Together we can increase the impact we have to offer equal chances to all and to grow talent for our ecosystem,” comments Markus Meukel, heading up the Partner & Alliances teams at Salesforce in Central Europe.
Looking ahead
As an impact-first organization, we continue to balance our intended social impact and our growing enterprise through our mission, our stakeholders, and our business practices. This allows us to build a sustainable organization with a diversified funding model.
We look forward to continuing our partnership with Accenture and featuring inspirational stories from the upcoming Blue Road Academy classes in Germany in 2023.
