"I really enjoy mentoring and giving back. With a previous employer, I had the opportunity to support a refugee on his way back into the workplace. I provided coaching, CV advice, mock interviews and he ultimately secured a position in IT" - Mentor

"As the daughter of refugees, I wanted to find an opportunity to make a difference in an area that I feel extremely passionate about. Blue Road Academy is the perfect opportunity to bring together my current role with my family's direct tie to the refugee experience. I continue to care deeply about the experiences of refugees and am excited to be able to have a tangible impact in my role."  - Mentor "

As a migrant living in Europe and previously a mentee myself under a similar program, I have benefited greatly from the advice, tips and encouragement of great mentors. I would to give back what I have received to encourage someone new to the country." - Mentor

Values in action.

Mentorship is a tangible and measurable way for employees to foster company culture, use their volunteer time, and work directly to achieve company social impact or ESG targets.

Pay it forward.
