Mentorship is a process in which you help develop the career goals and professional skills of someone who is upskilling or reskilling into a new career.
It is also a ‘get and give’ experience with the goal of providing rewards for both Mentors and Mentees.

The minimum commitment to be a mentor is for 3 consecutive months.
Many relationships carry on longer than that - we leave us upt to you and your Mentee.
1 hour
per week
Meet with your Mentee
1 hour per week. We highly recommend making a plan and setting clear objectives, including calendar invitations for recurring meetings.
Virtual or
in-person
The meetings can be held virtually or in-person, depending on your location.
